  • Resident presentations are evaluated by four judges: the Keynote Speaker and three others (may be internal or external).
  • Categories are the following (total 100 points possible):
    • Scientific Background (20 points possible)
    • Hypothesis/Specific Aims (15 points possible)
    • Study Design/Experimental Approach (15 points possible)
    • Results/Interpretation (20 points possible)
    • Summary/Significance (15 points possible)
    • Presentation (15 points possible)
  • The top two high scoring presentations will be recognized with awards during the Graduation ceremony.
